Terms of Service

Booking with No-Show Protection: Clients are required to provide card information to book appointments, their card will not be charged until service is completed. We ask that clients please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of their appointment. If the do not call or show up to appointment they will be charged a cancellation fee of $30.00.

Service Agreement:

The Business will offer a consultation with the Client to discuss the service being offered. Both Business and Client will come to an agreement of what will be done during the appointment, unless otherwise noted.

Payment will be made same day of appointment to the Business via cash, check, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by the Business.

The Customer will be assumed to have accepted the service unconditionally unless a claim that the service(s) is not as discussed is made within [7 days] from the date the service was completed. No Refunds. If you are not completely satisfied with the work completed or services provided, you can contact us within [7 days] and we will offer a redo of your original service.

The Business promises that it holds all licenses necessary to perform the work, that such licenses are valid and effective as of the date any work is performed or services provided, and that all work performed or services provided will be done in compliance with all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.

The Business will not be held responsible for any damages or reactions that takes place during the service. All products used will be discussed prior to and/or during service appointment.

Sale of Goods:

According to the terms and conditions of this agreement, the Business agrees to deliver the described goods to the Customer, and the Customer agrees to pay for and accept these goods.

The Business will deliver the described goods to the Customer at [buyer address] on or by [expected delivery date].

All items are Final Sale. The Customer will be assumed to have accepted the Goods unconditionally unless a claim that the Good(s) are defective is made within 24hrs from the date the item was received.

The Business assumes responsibility for the goods and any risk of damage, loss, or delay until the goods are delivered. Once the goods have been delivered, the customer assumes all responsibility for any damage or loss.

Please be advised, all items are either custom-made, one of a kind items or massed produced. To change anything in the order, the Customer and the Business must agree to the change in writing.
